UPDATE (October 31): Singer-songwriter Christina Perri, guitarist/songwriter Samantha Fish and music executives Nurit Siegel Smith, LaTrice Burnette and Theresa Hoffman were announced on Halloween as additional honorees at the 13th annual She Rocks Awards. The awards are set to take place on January 25th at the Hilton Anaheim Pacific Ballroom during the NAMM Show.
Lindsey Stirling and Jennifer Batten are set to co-host the show, which is organized by The Women's International Music Network (WiMN).
Here's a closer look at the new honorees:
Christina Perri
The singer-songwriter is best known for her 2011 hit “Jar of Hearts,” which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. She has had two other top 40 hits on that chart, “A Thousand Years” and “Human.” . Perri also had two albums that reached the top five of the Billboard 200, love loud and Head or Heart. Perris' work also includes musical works for children, such as an adaptation of a children's book A thousand yearswill be released in April 2025.
Samantha fish
Fish was nominated for a Grammy earlier this year for Best Contemporary Blues album Death Wish Blues. Her other recent hits include performing at Eric Clapton's Crossroads LA festival, appearing on the cover of Guitar world with Slash, and tours with Slash and The Rolling Stones.
Nurit Siegel Smith
Smith is executive director of the Music Forward Foundation, a philanthropic partner of Live Nation Entertainment, which is dedicated to promoting an inclusive music industry.
LaTrice Burnette
Burnette is EVP of Music/Head of Company at UnitedMasters. With key roles at Roc-A-Fella, Atlantic, Epic, Island and Def Jam, he has collaborated with artists such as Jay-Z, Kanye West and Future, while championing diversity and mentoring music's future leaders.
Teresa Hoffman
Hoffman is director of custom shop sales at CF Martin Guitar & Co. Hoffman holds two patents and has led significant projects in custom machine development and international sales.
PREVIOUS (October 1): Grammy-winning singer Paula Cole. singer-songwriter and performer Amanda Palmer; artist, songwriter and vocal producer AIJIA; rock journalist Katie Darryl; and chairman, president and CEO of Shure Inc Christine Schyvinck are the first honorees announced for the 13th annual She Rocks Awards.
The show is scheduled to take place on January 25th at the Hilton Anaheim Pacific Ballroom in Anaheim, California. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The Women's International Music Network is producing the show. NAMM is the presenting sponsor.
Lindsay Sterling and Jennifer Batten will co-host this year's event. Stirling is an electronic violinist, dancer and artist who combines classical violin and contemporary electronic music. Her debut album in 2012 Lindsay Sterling charted 96 weeks on the Billboard 200. Her next two studio albums, break me and Pretty braveboth cracked the top five. Stirling has more than 13.7 million subscribers on YouTube and has won two Billboard Music Awards.
Batten is known for her guitar work, having toured the world as part of Michael Jackson's solo tours for 10 years and with Jeff Beck for three years. With three solo albums and numerous world appearances to her name, Batten continues to influence the guitar world through her instructional DVDs and masterclasses.
Nashville-based singer-songwriter Shantaia will open the event. Named 2023 Female Artist of the Year by the Saskatchewan Country Music Association, Shantaia has toured with The Washboard Union and opened for notable artists such as Kane Brown and Chris Lane. Her latest concept album is Ex and friends. Shantaia's show is sponsored by PRS Guitars.

The She Rocks Awards is one of the premier events during the NAMM Show, bringing together industry professionals, artists, fans and media to celebrate the achievements of women in music. The event will feature live music, speeches, celebrity appearances and a silent auction, along with dinner for attendees.

Paula Cole
Cole, who won the Grammy for Best New Artist in 1998, is best known for her hits “Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?” (a top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100) and “I Don't Want to Wait” (a No. 11 Hot 100 that logged 56 weeks on the chart). The last song, which became famous as a theme Dawson's Creekheard at the Primetime Emmy Awards 2024. Cole's latest album Id is her first collection of new original songs in nearly a decade.
Amanda Palmer
A pioneering singer-songwriter and performance artist, Palmer rose to fame with the punk cabaret duo The Dresden Dolls. She is known for her TED talk “The Art of Asking”, which became a best-selling book. Palmer's 2012 fan-funded album Theater is bad (a collaboration with The Grand Theft Orchestra) entered the top 10 of the Billboard 200 and remains the top-funded original musical project on Kickstarter.
AIJIA
A versatile artist, songwriter and vocal producer, AIJIA has collaborated with artists such as Selena Gomez and Anderson .Paak. She is an advocate for women's equality and has been an ambassador for Rock Camp for Girls for more than a decade.
Katie Darryl
A rock journalist and former vice president of programming and original development at AXS TV, he has developed popular shows such as The Top Ten has been revealed and Sounds Delicious while maintaining a successful on-air presence as a host and producer.
Christine Schyvinck
The Chairman, President and CEO of Shure Inc. Schyvinck has led the global development and innovation of one of the world's leading audio electronics manufacturers. Schyvinck is recognized as one of the few women in executive leadership in the professional audio industry.
