Adele has emotionally looked back on her Las Vegas residency as the end of her run nears.
The 36-year-old Rolling In The Deep singer has been belting out her hits at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace since November 2022 but only has three weeks left before she ends her string of concerts for good.
And it seems the reality of the end of her shows is hitting the star hard, as she warned fans at a concert this past weekend, “This really is the beginning of the end. There are no other f**king shows.”
She continued, as per The Sun, “I’m not going to be like, ‘Surprise!’ This is the end.
“It’s (the 100th and final show) the weekend before Thanksgiving, isn’t it? And that’s the last one. I don’t have any plans to be on stage indefinitely, really.”
The singer added: “They say that if you want things and you are looking for things in life, you have to pay the universe and then it pays you back tenfold.”
While Adele’s string of shows have been a hit with fans, her residency got off to a disastrous start – with the singer cancelling shows when they were first due to begin in January 2022 at the last minute.
Fans were left furious by the news as many were flying to Las Vegas from elsewhere in the world at the moment the cancellation was announced.
The star reportedly pulled the plug after being dissatisfied with the staging of the show – and it was then 11 months before the residency finally began towards the end of that year.
