It's been six years since the tragic death of model and Sean “Diddy” Combs Kim Porter, and the couple's twin daughters D'Lila and Jessie paid tribute to their beloved mother on the anniversary of her death on Friday (November 15). . .
“We can't believe it's been 6 years without you,” the duo captioned a black-and-white photo of Porter holding the twins as newborns, kissing one in the air while the other rests on her shoulder. “We think every second of the day. We love and miss you so much that words can't even explain. We wish you were here with us, but we know your spirit will be around forever!! We love you mom.”

Porter died on November 15, 2018, and her cause of death was determined to be lobar pneumonia. He was 47.
Last month, Amazon scored a 60-page bestseller Kim's Lost Words: A Journey for Justice from the Other Side…a memoir purportedly written by Porter. The book reveals an alleged abusive relationship between the couple, and Combs' attorney Erica Wolf called the memoir “false” and “offensive — a shameless attempt to profit from tragedy” in a statement to Bulletin board last month.
“The claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue,” Combs and Porter's children said in the statement. “He did not, and anyone who claims to have a manuscript is perjuring himself. Additionally, please understand that any so-called 'friend' who speaks on behalf of our mom or her family is not a friend, nor does she have her best interests at heart.''
The statement continued: “Our lives were shattered when we lost our mother. He was our world and nothing has been the same since he left. While it was incredibly difficult to come to terms with how she could be taken from us so soon, the cause of her death has long since been established. There was no foul. Grief is a lifelong process and we ask that everyone please respect our plea for peace as we continue to deal with her loss every day.”
Diddy was arrested Sept. 17 in New York on federal charges of sex trafficking and extortion. He has since been denied bond twice and will remain in jail pending trial.
