Didi's Chasing bail continues to be an uphill battle. Prosecutors allege he abused his phone privileges to tweak the system and more.
PEOPLE exhibitions facing the tycoon's latest push for limited circulation more objection. On Friday (Nov. 15), prosecutors filed new documents detailing their reasoning for why the Bad Boy Entertainment founder should not be granted a new bail hearing.
This time, they point to some of his behavior while behind bars and claim he's bending the rules in his favor. They say the “Victory” rapper is using an “unauthorized third-party messaging service” to communicate with his staff, family and others.
The app in question is ContactMeASAP, and the filing claims he used it to communicate with “unauthorized” contacts. He is also accused of using other inmates' phone passwords to make “three-way calls to contact other people.”

Prosecutors also point to his recent conversation with his children about his birthday.
“The defendant enlisted family members to plan and execute a social media campaign around the defendant's birthday with the intent of influencing potential jurors in this criminal proceeding,” the paperwork states. “At the defendant's carefully curated direction, the defendant's children posted a video on their respective social media accounts showing the defendant's children gathered to celebrate the defendant's birthday.” The feds will continue to suspect that Diddy had “watched the details” of the post and “explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had the desired effect on potential jurors in this case.”
The video in question shows Justin Combs, Quincy Combs, Christian Combs, Jessie, D'Lila Combs and Chance Combs joining in via FaceTime and talking to Diddy over the phone. His children wished him a happy birthday and had a small cake on the table in his honor. Didi has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
