SoundCloud announced the launch of a series of new AI partnerships on Tuesday (November 19), underscoring its intention to integrate emerging technology into the platform — as long as it's used ethically.
Now, SoundCloud users will have access to six new AI assistants, including Tuney, Tuttii, Beatz, TwoShot, Starmony, and ACE Studio. The company also uses Audible Magic and Pex to ensure these new AI integrations are supported by robust content recognition tools that provide rights holders with appropriate credit and compensation.
These new partners join a list of existing AI integrations — Fadr, Soundful and Voice-Swap — SoundCloud has already worked on its platform. Now, any artist can use these tools and then easily share them to SoundCloud via a built-in “Upload to SoundCloud” option in each tool. Songs uploaded directly to SoundCloud will be automatically tagged to show the tool used (eg “Made with Tuney”), and artists can edit newly uploaded tracks directly from their SoundCloud profile page.
Additionally, SoundCloud is a signatory to AI For Music's “Principles for Music Creation with AI,” which was founded by Roland and Universal Music Group. Its principles include five points, such as “we believe that human-made works should be respected and protected” and “we believe that music is central to humanity.”
SoundCloud Next Pro creators can access exclusive discounts and free trials of its nine collaborative tools through SoundCloud for Artists.
“SoundCloud paves the way for a future where artificial intelligence unlocks creative potential and makes music creation accessible to millions, while supporting responsible and ethical practices,” he said. Elijah SetonCEO of SoundCloud. “We're proud to be the platform that supports creators at every level, fuels experimentation and fuels fandom.”

Tuney: SoundCloud users can now use Tuney's AI-powered tools to re-interpret original songs they've posted on SoundCloud (including private ones) without having to know the complexities of using a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW ). Using the new “Upload to SoundCloud” button, users can then quickly and easily share their creations back on the platform. Tuney's Beat Swap feature is one of the tools available to SoundCloud users that can create new remixes of a song by using a vocal stem and filling in the remaining gaps.
In a statement provided to bulletin board, CEO/co-founder of Tuney Antony Demekhin said of the partnership: “At a time when major music companies are fighting technology platforms that are illegally trained on copyrighted works, we see this integration paving the way for the ethical application of genetic technology where rights holders, artists and fans all benefit from the innovation.”
Everything: SoundCloud fans can now use this AI-powered app to mix and match songs to share on social media with greater ease than using a DAW.
AlBeatz: SoundCloud users can now create and customize professional-quality beats to master in their own original creations.
TwoShot: Built to help music producers jumpstart their creativity, TwoShot now offers SoundCloud users its massive library of AI-generated sound samples. The company also offers an AI co-production tool, called Aiva, that can talk through musical ideas with users and help users search through TwoShot's library.
Starmoney: Tailored for singers and rappers, Starmony will now allow SoundCloud users to upload a vocal they've composed, and the platform will then provide professional audio production to complement the song's instrumental elements.
ACE Studio: With ACE Studio's platform, musicians using SoundCloud can create their own AI voice models for use in the studio. First, musicians can take a melody, written in MIDI, and turn it into a realistic voice. This can also allow users to create choruses of AI voices and edit Suno-generated vocals.
