Violent Femmes have announced a new leg of their US tour for spring 2025 during which they will perform their first two full albums, just as they did on their recent fall tour.
The tour begins March 18 in Houston, Texas, and ends April 3 in Cocoa, Florida. The following night, the Femmes will perform a special concert on April 4 at Florida's Adderley Amphitheater in Cascades Park with the Tallahassee Symphony, which will not be a two-album show.

An artist's pre-sale begins Wednesday (November 20) at 10 a.m. local time using the code ADD through Ticketmasterwhile a Live Nation Presale starts Thursday (November 21) at 10 a.m. local time with code BEATS. General sale begins Friday (November 22) at 10 a.m. local time.
The acoustic punk veterans will perform their second album Holy Land first at each stop, followed by their iconic self-titled LP and finishing with some additional favorites. There will be no opening acts throughout the tour.
Holy LandReleased in 1984, it includes favorites like “Country Death Song” and “Jesus Walking on the Water.” Meanwhile, in 1983 violent women is one of the best debut albums of all time, with classics like “Blister in the Sun”, “Kiss Off”, “Add It Up” and “Prove My Love”, among other memorable songs.
As previously reported, Violent Femmes will also support My Chemical Romance as they kick off their “Long Live The Black Parade” tour on July 11 in Seattle.
