Season 22 of American Idol draws to a close with a star-studded grand finale. Top 3 finalists Abi Carter, Will Moseley and Jack Blocker will take to the stage one last time in the hope of winning the singing competition.
The finale will include performances by John Bon Jovi, Wynonna Judd, New Kids on the Block, Seal, Hootie & The Blowfish, CeCe Winans, Jason Mraz, Cody Johnson, Bishop Briggs and American Idol alum Nick Fradiani.
Judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan and host Ryan Seacrest are back for the new season of American Idolwhich is Perry's last, she revealed in an interview Jimmy Kimmel Live! ahead of the season 22 premiere on February 18.
Perry talked about the finale in a recent interview KABC-TV. “I think I'll cry about anything,” she said. “It's been a beautiful journey and I love watching these kids grow up and become this big beautiful patchwork quilt.”
