Ariana Grande shows off her sweet 'Yes, And?' vocals in a new video uploaded by the singer from the recording studio.
Grande's energetic new single, a dance-pop track with a sound reminiscent of Madonna's “Vogue,” arrived on Friday (January 12). “Yes and?” is the first track to be released from her upcoming seventh studio album.
On Saturday, the pop star posted an Instagram reel that gives fans a look at the “Yes, And?” registration process. In the short video, Grande captures a few snippets of the chorus, singing, “Say it — with your chest and/ Be your own best friend/ Say that s— with your chest/ Keep moving like. What's next?”/ “Yes, and?”
In the video, Grande also receives feedback from producer Max Martin about her vocal performance on the first verse: “In case you haven't noticed/ Well, everybody's tired/ And they're being healed by somebody/ Or something we're not seeing right.” she sings
“Great dictionary,” compliments Martin, to which Grande replies, “Thanks, Max Martin!”
