Bad Omens has unveiled a new song titled “THE DRAIN” featuring industrial trio HEALTH and electronic artist SWARM. The song appears on Bad Omens' upcoming release. CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST].
Along with the new tune, Bad Omens has revealed all the details of CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST], which will arrive on May 31. The release is described as “an experimental extension of the successful Bad Omens LP. The death of peace of mind”, and features 26 songs, including “VAN”, the band's recent collaboration with Poppy.
The new song “THE DRAIN” samples the song “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND”, which is currently in the Top 10 at alternative radio. It features the voices of Noah Sebastian of Bad Omens and Jacob Duzsik of HEALTH.
In addition, Bad Omens has also released the song “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND [SO WYLIE PATCH]”, with a new mix from producer, composer and sound designer So Wylie. Other acts that contribute to CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST] Includes Bob Vylan, Wargasm, ERRA and more.
Bad Omens will embark on a short run of US dates beginning April 21 in San Antonio. Among the stops will be festival appearances at Sick New World and Welcome to Rockville. The band will then hit the UK and European festival circuit in June and early July, before returning to the US for the Upheaval and Inkcarceration festivals in late July.
