Billie Eilish served as musical guest Saturday night live2023 Christmas episode hosted by Kate McKinnon. Eilish performed 'What Was I Made For?', her contribution to Barbie movie, as well as a cover of 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas'.
For her performance of “What Was I Made For?”, Eilish was introduced by McKinnon and Barbie director Greta Gerwig. In a nod to the film, Eilish and her brother Finneas played in front of a video screen at his home SNLcast members
Eilish also appeared in a pair of sketches, including a taped short called “Tampon Farm” alongside McKinnon, Gerwig, Maya Rudolph, Kristen Wiig and Paula Pell. She also starred as McKinnon's daughter in a funny sketch promoting a cat rescue shelter.
