Bleed From Within have announced their new album, Zenitharriving April 4 via Nuclear Blast Records. The video for the single “In Place of Your Halo” is now available.
The band pays tribute to their native Scotland on this infectious track, which features a notable bagpipe breakdown. Groove riffs and Pantera-like stomps rush into a mosh-ready four-minute metalcore package, with an emphasis on that genre's suffix, hardcore. The cold reality of the lyrics and overall delivery has a raw punk-rock quality.

As Bleed From Within stated in the press release, the song marks “the beginning of Bleed From Within's next chapter.”
“It is an anthem for those who feel that life has passed them by, or for those who have been held back by their own limitations,” the band said. “We are killing the previous version of ourselves in order to grow. This builds our resilience, a theme that underpins this band's journey and most of what we shout about. We haven't had it easy, but neither has anyone else. “This song is for all of us.”
Regarding the new album, Bleed From Within continued: “Through this growth, we get closer to our potential, our Zenith — the title of our seventh studio album. This is a body of work that we are immensely proud of and we look forward to sharing more in the coming months. The band will go on an intense tour in support of Zenithstarting with an opening tour for Slipknot between Europe and the UK starting on Thursday (December 5).
