Blur has announced a new documentary titled Blur: all the waywhich focuses on their 2023 reunion. Watch the trailer below.
The clip offers a look at behind-the-scenes footage of the band reconnecting to record their comeback album. The Ballad of Darrenand preparing for their reunion tour. “The only thing I'm worried about is that we make it as honest as possible for people like us,” says Damon Albarn.
According to the official description, the film “follows the unique relationship of four friends, and bandmates for three decades, Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree, as they come together in early 2023 to record new songs before the sold. -It was the first show at Wembley Stadium in London in July of last summer.”
For now, Until the end is only scheduled to be released in UK and Ireland cinemas from July 19, but the band have promised that details of an international cinema release will “come soon”. Get tickets here.
Last month, Albarn told the crowd at Blur's second Coachella performance that it was “probably” the band's “last show.” The announcement came after the singer expressed frustration over the lackluster audience response to his performance during the opening weekend.
