Nominations for these years BRIT Awards have been revealed, with Raye making history as the artist with the most nominations in the same year. The singer, who released her acclaimed album My 21st Century Blues last year, won the awards for Best British album, Song of the Year (twice), British Artist of the Year, Best Pop Female, Best R&B Female and best new artist.
It's a huge achievement for the singer, who said openly Rolling Stone UK last year how shake off the shackles of a label that didn't want to release her debut before she left them to become an independent artist.
Elsewhere, there are four nominations for J Hus, including album of the year (Beautiful and Brutal Yard), British artist of the year, best hip-hop/comedy/rap act and song of the year (“Who Told You” with Drake). Little Simz, meanwhile, has three nominations.
It's a crowded field for Song of the Year, too, with 15 nominations, including Central Cee's “Let Go” and Dua Lipa's “Dance The Night.”
Dua Lipa has also been confirmed to perform on the night. You can see the nominations in detail below.
