BTS's Jimin will take center stage at 'The Truth Untold' exhibition in Los Angeles

BTS member Jimin will take center stage at an upcoming exhibition in Los Angeles titled “The Truth Untold.” The immersive experience promises to give ARMY a unique look at the creative process behind Jimin's 2023 solo albums FACE and this year's MUSEwith a look at his personal diaries, lyric notebooks and other behind-the-scenes material, according to a release announcing the exhibit, which will run at Ace Missions Studios in Los Angeles from Nov. 29 to Dec. 15.

tickets for the HYBE INSIGHT and Live Nation event will go on sale November 12 at 12 p.m. locally, with fans encouraged to sign up for a presale waitlist here now; prices start at $29.99. The exhibition hours will last from 11 am. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday-Friday and from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday, with organizers saying it will take around 60-90 minutes to explore.

“The venue has been carefully designed to immerse attendees in the emotions Jimin experienced while creating his solo albums,” the release states. “The space is divided into two main sections: FACE and MUSE. THE FACE the section, inspired by water ripples, features a multimedia wall and distorted mirrors that symbolize the waves of confusion experienced by Jimin on his journey to self-discovery. As visitors move to MUSE section, the waves calm down, representing Jimin's success in embracing his true self.”

The assembled sets will recreate the atmosphere from Jimin's videos for “Like Crazy” and “Set Me Free Pt. 2” and include a photo zone inspired by the tracks “Who” and “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band,” which appear both on Jimin's second solo LP, MUSE. The release also promises to feature, for the first time, handwritten letters expressing Jimin's “deep, unspeakable feelings,” as well as costumes and props from music videos and performances and solo trophies and awards.

BTS went on hiatus in 2022 to allow all seven members to complete their mandatory military service in South Korea, with announced plans to reunite the Septet in 2025.
