Carín León reveals “Boca Chueca Vol. 1' Tracklist with Kane Brown, Leon Bridges, Bolela

Carín León was hired several musicians to help bring his música mexicana and country crossover album to life. Boca Chueca Vol. 1 is set for release on May 30, and the disc's newly revealed tracklist revealed collaborations with Kane Brown, Leon Bridges, Pepe Aguilar, Panteón Rococó and Bolela.

Boca Chueca Vol. 1 will feature 19 songs, with most of the featured guests appearing on the second half of the album. Bridges will join “It Was Always You (Siempre Fuiste Tú), while Brown and Aguilar appear on “⁠The One (Pero No Como Yo)” and “Lamentablemente,” respectively. Rococó joins León on “No Sé”, featuring Bolela on “Aviso Importante”.

“We're splitting it into two parts because it's long, which I like,” León said recently Rolling rock. “There are so many great songs that have been saved over the years because we hadn't found the right place for them in our genre, but I think it's a very revelatory moment for my music. The album will have a lot of romantic tracks, a lot of catchy lyrics, a little rock, a little flamenco. There are many mixes that I think work well together. Everything tells a beautiful story.”

The musician will support the release of the album with an accompanying tour of the same name. “It's about sharing a different side of myself,” León added. “Very focused on the music and the concept and all those details. I want to bring the music to an alternative audience, but also play our original albums with a lot of love. We will be rested and ready to agarrar el toro por los cuernos (grab the bull by the horns).”
