Sure summer is over, but Brat the season is here to stay. On Thursday (September 12), Charli XCX revealed her newTalk Talk” remix with her Sweat tour co-star Troye Sivan.
In the amped-up new remix, Charli and Sivan take the original lyrics that depict the early stages of romance and imbue them with a new, mainstream sheen. Where the original saw Charli commiserating about miscommunication in a relationship, the remix sees Sivan get straight to the point: “So, here's the plan/ I wanna fly you to Amsterdam/ I've got a nice hotel to pick you up ,” he sings.
The track also features some spoken lines from Dua Lipa, which takes Charli's request for someone to “Talk to me in Spanish/ Talk to me in French” to their literal conclusion. Opening the track, Dua invites Charli and Sivan to a party at her house in Spanish, before closing the song by saying she lost her phone at the soirée in French.

Shortly after releasing her latest remix, the “360” singer. was announced their highly anticipated album Brat remixes via Instagram.
