Award-winning singer, Oscar-winning actress, all-round artist and Twitter icon Cher has announced a two-part autobiography, titled Cher: The MemoirsThe first half of the story will arrive on November 19th via HarperCollins. Pre-orders are ongoing.
Described as a book that showcases “her trademark honesty and humor,” the first part of the memoir series will trace Cher's childhood years, her dreams of fame, her relationship with her mother, and the experience of meeting and then marrying her long-time creative partner, Sonny Bono.Cher: The Memoirs “It reveals the daughter, the sister, the wife, the lover, the mother and the superstar,” reads the description. “It is too immense a life for a single book.”

Cher achieved another major milestone this year when she was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, even after previous comments about her decades of radio silence, despite her long-standing eligibility. Her timing couldn't have been better, though, as she appeared on Dolly Parton's 2023 rock album, Rock star.
