Children's Gambino is on the North American leg of his tour supporting his latest audio projects, Bando Stone and the New World & Atavisticwith the artistic name. Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, has taken a hiatus from his tour citing health concerns.
Childish Gambino kicked off “The New World Tour” on August 11 in Oklahoma and was set to begin in 2025. Speaking on social media on Monday (September 9), Glover shared with fans that he will be taking time off to heal his health to give the fans the performance they paid for.

Glover was scheduled to perform in Houston on Sunday (Sept. 8), the second show on the tour to be postponed, but the first due to illness. On August 24th, technical difficulties prevented a tour stop in Connecticut from going ahead as planned.
It's not known how the make-up dates for the canceled shows will play out, but the tour was scheduled to head to Europe on Halloween before embarking on the final third leg in Oceania.
Glover has said that Bando Stone and the New World and Atavistic will be the last projects to bear the name Childish Gambino. A film project connected to the former is in production.
