We're pretty sure that when Bishop TD Jakes picked up his smartphone and opened X, formerly Twitter. he didn't think it would trend for this outrageous reason.
Senior Pastor of The Potter House was trending all day on X. No? It wasn't because of some great sermon he might have dropped, a new book, or some other business endeavor. It was because of the ongoing story with Bad Boy quarterback Sean Diddy Combs and some eye-opening accusations regarding Jakes.
According to a TikTok video by user MYEi$HiA that found its way onto Elon Musk's sinister social media platform without a shred of proof, he claims that R&B singer Cassie Ventura gave evidence to the FBI to further incriminate Diddy and a full month after she left the bombshell lawsuit accusing the music mogul of gross sexual assault against her during their decade-long relationship.
Cassie and Diddy have settled their legal issues. Despite this, Ventura's use of governor Kathy Hochul Adult Survivors Act opened the floodgates for other women to file claims against the rapper and other prominent celebrities.
MYEi$HiA went on to claim that Cassie gave the FBI a burner phone that belonged to Diddy's other ex, Kim Porter, with whom he had four children, and tapes of Diddy's alleged parties.
Just how TD Jakes allegedly got involved in The Mess
TD Jakes' alleged involvement in the alleged shenanigans came after the TikToker claimed the existence of an email that mentioned the pastor who also happened to preside over Kim Porter's funeral after her tragic death in November 2018.
She also shared a clip of an unidentified man claiming, again without a shred of proof, that Cassie stole tapes of Diddy's parties with numerous prominent people, including Jake, who allegedly slept with multiple men while watching the parties.
Again, there is no evidence for this, so take all of this with the smallest possible grain of salt. Still, social media will be social media and reactions are something else.
