Breakfast Club comedian Jess Hilarious officially announced as the newest co-host of the popular syndicated radio show on Monday (January 29). Hilarious will join current stars, Radio Hall of Famers Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy as the third act on their daily morning schedule.
“I'm so excited to have Jess Hilarious on board Breakfast Club. She's a force in her own right, an actress, comedian, podcaster and now, his co-host Breakfast ClubThea Mitchem, iHeartMedia executive vice president of programming, said in a press release. “Jess was the standout choice for Charlamagne to join and DJ Envy to rely on The Breakfast Club's legacy of entertaining, informing and enlightening the community.”
“I can't wait to join forces with one of the biggest media platforms,” said Hilarious. “I'm sure I'm getting third place Breakfast Club will show people that Jess Hilarious isn't just comedy, it's culture.”
The hilarious has previously served as a guest host on occasion Breakfast Club has begun its search to replace former co-host Angela Yee. In August 2022, Yee announced that she was leaving Breakfast Club to start her daily show, Way up with Angela Yee with iHeart Radio. Since her departure, Breakfast Club has invited many guests to co-host alongside Charlamagne and DJ Envy, including Ray J, Nyla Simone and more. Hilarious will officially begin her responsibilities as the show's third co-host next Monday (February 5).
On weekdays, fans can listen Breakfast Club from 6 am until 10 a.m. ET on TheBreakfastClub.iheart.com, iHeartRadio.com and the iHeartRadio app.
