Cori Broadus opened up about a health scare via her Instagram Stories on Thursday (January 18).
Snoop Dogg's 24-year-old daughter shared photos from a hospital bed, writing: “I had a major stroke this thing. I started crying when they told me.”
In a subsequent Story, she wrote: “I'm only 24. What did I do in my past to deserve all this?”
Broadus was diagnosed with lupus when she was six, and “the risk of stroke is 4 times to 8 times higher in lupus patients because of inflammation that affects the blood's tendency to clot and vasculitis that hardens the blood vessels.” to Lykou corneralthough it is not immediately known if this caused the stroke.
At the time of publication, Snoop has not publicly shared anything about his daughter's health scare. In lighter news, the rapper is joining NBCUniversal to cover the Olympics in Paris this summer. The star will be on hand at the event to deliver “regular reports” on the Olympic Primetime Show starting July 26. It previously partnered with NBCUniversal to cover the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which took place in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
