As one of the most trusted dance music experiences out there, CRSSD Fest once again proved to be a reliable source for electronic music fans as it closes out its 2024 season.
The biannual San Diego festival returned to Waterfront Park for two days of amazing performances from leading names in the house and techno genres.
Produced by FNGRS CRSSD, the festival has become a San Diego favorite due to its consistent roster of electronic heavyweights along with a laid-back atmosphere. Its modest size and idyllic seaside setting have necessitated minimal changes to the boutique event, offering guests a reliable backdrop to enjoy the latest in dance music.
True to form, the center's playground was home to CRSSD's three recognizable stages, each offering a unique electronic soundscape.
On the Palms stage, one might expect to be enveloped by all things house music. Here you can enjoy the rhythm of artists such as Walker & Royce, Gorgon City, Idris Elba, Biscits and BLOND:ISH.
The City Steps stage catered to techno experts. The techno-driven hits blaring from the speakers came courtesy of artists such as HI-LO, VTSS, Klangkuenstler, Adam Beyer, I Hate Models, Mathame, Ann Clue, Chris Avantgarde and 999999999.
On the Oceanview stage, sounds ranged from melancholic live band performances to massive house productions. Disclosure, Tinlicker, Nora En Pure, Neil Frances, Soulwax, BICEP and Gesaffelstein graced the main stage.
Entering its tenth year, CRSSD Fest has proven to be a reliable staple in San Diego. The caliber of artists that FNGRS CRSSD recruits, along with its unaltered design, offers guests a sense of familiarity amidst an evolving festival landscape.
