Bobbi Althoff's 2 minutes of fame seems to be over and everyone is loving it.
Dubbed a culture vulture and industry plant by many, Bobbi Althhoff, the podcaster made famous by her interview with Drake, was out looking at a SXSW afterparty for Drake's Magic City documentary . Magic City: An American Fantasy.
Although it has not been confirmed, Althoff's removal from the afterparty could stem from an alleged “beef” between the “Hotline Bling” rapper and the podcaster.
Althoff seemed to think all was well with her and the “God's Plan” rapper when he showed up at the SXSW party on Monday night.
Drama went down at the Mayfair nightclub in Austin, Texas, at the afterparty event following the South by Southwest premiere of the new documentary 'Magic City: An American Fantasy'. Drake's DreamCrew Entertainment co-produced the project.
Although the rapper wasn't around for the celebration, his team wasn't happy when Althoff allegedly showed up uninvited. The online personality was also in Austin for the iHeartRadio Podcast Awards at SXSW. An insider who saw the drama said Daily Mail.
Drake & Bobbi Althoff Beefing?
The reasoning behind Drake's beef with Althoff is pretty hilarious. Champagne Papi was allegedly mad that Althoff showed up at one of his concerts and posted a video of herself getting bored during his concert.
“I'm really in my element here at this men's concert,” she captioned the now-deleted post, which was originally shared on her Instagram and TikTok accounts.
The feud between the two came after her viral and intentionally awkward interview with Drake about her Really good Podcast series.
The interview garnered over 20 million views, but has since been removed from the internet, leading many to believe that something went wrong between the two.
Did she allegedly cheat on her husband with Drake?
After Drake's beating, Cory Althoff, her husband, filed for divorce, ending their three-year marriage, seeking joint custody of the couple's two daughters.
They settled three weeks after the initial deposit.
Some believe the July 4th divorce filing is no coincidence and Althoff may have had an affair with the Canadian Hip-Hop star.
A source close to the matter denied that was the motive.
