Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour has expressed his utmost confidence in his upcoming solo comeback album, Luck and Strangedescribing it as his best work since The dark side of the moon It came out five decades ago.
“More than 50 years have passed since The dark side of the moon“Gilmour said Prog magazine in a recent interview (via Guitar world). “My feeling is that this album is the best album I have made in all those years since 1973, when The dark side of the moon he left.”

Considering that Pink Floyd continued to release more classics with Animals In 1977 and 1979 WallIt's no small claim. Perhaps Gilmour's current tensions with former bandmate Roger Waters have clouded his memory of the albums.
