Deftones have announced details for their annual Deftones Day festival, which will take place on November 2 at Petco Park in San Diego. The 2024 edition will see the alternative metal veterans join Idles, Sunny Day Real Estate, Health, and more.
The one-day festival will also include performances by Paris Texas, Duster, Gel and Qendresa. The aforementioned Sunny Day Real Estate will play their seminal 1994 album Diary In its whole.
Artist pre-sale begins Wednesday (July 24) at 10am PT, followed by a Live Nation Advance Ticket Sales on Thursday (July 25) at 10am (Pacific Time) using the code STRUMand a general sale starting Friday (July 26) at 10am (Pacific Time) via Ticket MasterFans can also look for deals or get tickets for sold-out dates through StubHubwhere your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub's Fan Protect program.
For now, the festival marks a rare opportunity to see Deftones perform this year. The band has been working on a new album and has only a few more concerts scheduled for 2024, including Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 3 and a one-off show with System of a Down in San Francisco on August 17.
This year's Deftones Day will be the fifth edition of the festival, which in previous years has included performances by artists such as Turnstile, Knocked Loose, Gojira, Chvrches and more.
