Looks like the apple didn't fall far from the tree in the case of Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, as his son, Justin Combs, has also become notorious for throwing some wild parties of his own in Los Angeles.
According to Page sixJustin Combs has gained a reputation for not only throwing crazy jamborees, but to the point where the 30-year-old has been “banned” from renting out houses in Los Angeles to throw his now-infamous soirées. We're quietly surprised that Diddy's son is still partying like it's 1999, while his father sits in a jail cell like it's 1999.
Apparently the parties Justin has been known to throw have left many homes in ruins and their owners fed up with his irresponsible guests who couldn't care less about property that isn't theirs.
Per Page Six:
“The company I work with rents homes in Justin. He said, “I have 20 people.” But it would be 200 and then they'd tear the house down,” claimed a Southern California real estate agent.
“It's gotten to the point where no one will rent to him. He called me to rent and I said no,” he added.
The source did not provide specific details about how Justin, 30, allegedly mishandled the properties.
Page Six reached out to representatives for Sean and Justin for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
Surprisingly, it appears that none of the homeowners have taken legal action to recover any money for property damage, and because of that Combs' team feels they are in the clear.
The actor's attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, told The Post, however, that his client has not faced any legal problems related to his alleged outbursts.
“Justin has not been charged with a crime or civilly sued for any of these charges for any reason — he did nothing wrong,” the attorney said.
Looks like Justin Combs might have to take his talents to South Beach or something because he doesn't seem to be welcome in LA anymore. With that being said, would homeowners be willing to rent their properties to a man known to leave destruction in his wake? we will see.
