Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” combs are facing a new lawsuit alleging the younger Combs sexually assaulted an employee on a luxury yacht in the Caribbean.
In a complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles court, Grace O'Marcay says she was working as a flight attendant on a superyacht chartered by the Combs family in December 2022 when a drunken Christian served her a “spiral of tequila” and then assaulted her.
“Prior to being sexually assaulted by defendant Christian Combs, plaintiff planned to work her entire career in the hospitality and yachting industry,” O'Markai's attorneys wrote. “Unfortunately, these plans have been derailed due to the plaintiff's continued trauma as a result of the attack.”
The new lawsuit was filed by the same attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, who filed a similar case against Combs in February on behalf of producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. The new complaint alleges that Jones was present for the alleged assault and recorded part of the incident.
In addition to those two cases, Combs has received a slew of other allegations of sexual assault and other wrongdoing over the past six months, including a quickly settled case filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie and a lawsuit that is still pending. woman who claims Combs raped her when she was 17. The rapper also faces an apparent federal criminal investigation, which led to raids on his homes last month. Combs has vehemently denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
In the new lawsuit, O'Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs arrived at the chartered yacht via a smaller vessel at 5 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2022. She says he then “insisted” on shooting her tequila shots, which she quickly suspected had been spiked with drugs. After she tried to get out of the situation, O'Marcaigh says he grabbed her “violently” and began groping and assaulting her.
Because Jones was present and recorded, O'Marcaigh says she has a recording of her telling the younger Combs “excuse me, you don't touch my legs like that” and “you can take your hand out of my ass.”
Later that night, O'Marcaigh says Combs asked her to find him a place to sleep. When she took him to the yacht cinema, she says he “blocked her out” and then “became physical and aggressive” even as she “kept pushing him back”.
“The defendant C. Combs took off all his clothes,” says O'Marcaigh's lawyer. “His penis was erect and he grabbed her hands and was trying to force the plaintiff to give him oral sex.”
The lawsuit does not allege that the elder Combs participated in the attack. But she says she orchestrated a “cover-up” that resulted in her being fired from her job. And he says he bears ultimate responsibility for his son's actions because he chartered the yacht.
“Defendant S. Combs fostered and fostered an environment of debauchery,” O'Marcaigh's attorneys wrote. “He intentionally created an unsafe environment that he gave permission [Christian] to believe he was free to sexually assault the plaintiff.”
A representative for Sean Combs did not immediately return a request for comment.
