Drake made an appearance on Canadian streamer xQc's live stream Sunday night (November 24), and the 6 God didn't hold back on a slew of topics.
At one point in the stream, the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit by Steve Lacy was playing 'Bad Habit' and Drake seemed to be shading the artist. “This guy is like a fragile opp — it's a good song, though,” Drizzy said. “Chat knows what I'm talking about. Fragility.”
Lacy was quick to catch on as Drake's comments went viral. He took to his IG Story early Monday (Nov. 25), reposting a graphic of what Drake had said and written, “Yooooooooo,” with Drizzy's “I Get Lonely” providing the soundtrack.
It followed posts on his feed, including a selfie with a finger heart, which he captioned, “WAITTTTT LMAOOOO WHAT IN THE.” She then went on to post a smiley emoji mocking Drake, “who's trying to be my… fragile?”
It seems Drake may have had a falling out with Lacy — a Compton native — appearing on stage at Kendrick Lamar's Pop Out concert and dancing to “Not Like Us.”
In October 2022, Lacy scored his first No. 1 hit when “Bad Habit” topped the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked after spending four weeks at No. 2.
Drake made a lot of headlines with his appearance on the xQc stream. He added to his riff with The Weeknd and XO having Abel's 'Starboy' The anthem was turned off, claiming, “You gotta change it,” Drake said. “Real 6-side, we don't hear that.”
