Drake Slams Leak Of Young Thug & Mariah The Scientist's Jail Call: 'This Has To Be Some Form Of … Bad Behavior'

ONE phone call from prison between Young Thug and his girlfriend, Mariah the Scientist, was leaked on social media earlier this week, and Drake wants to hold whoever is responsible for the resulting video accountable.

The OVO boss reposted his comment about the “disgraceful” issue on his Instagram Story on Wednesday (January 24) and called for Thugger's freedom, with the YSL RICO trial getting messy.

“This must be some form of prison misbehavior,” Drake began. “You're going to drag this talented man and then not be able to control your employees using his personal business for their own profit? Someone profited off of this video even existing and that's a shame the whole point is to just wash 3 the guy and let him come home and continue to bring light to Atlanta!”

6 God went on to blast Fulton County Judge Ural Glanville, who is in charge of the YSL RICO case.

“S–t is disgraceful… Is this a criminal case or an Atlanta social media promotion, Ural Glanville?” He wrote.

Advertising sign has reached out to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office and the Fulton County DA's Office for comment.

The leaked phone call appears to have taken place shortly after Christmas or earlier in January, as Mariah thanked her detractor for the frozen chains and bracelets he gave her behind bars.

“Merry Christmas baby. I love you,” she said in the clip. “Thanks for my presents…I miss you, baby. I really like it, I really appreciate it… I wish you could be at home with me and give it to me.”

Young Thug replied, “I miss you too. You look beautiful. You look like a rapper now.”

Drake wasn't the only artist to respond to the leaked call. Meek Mill basically said this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

“This is a top tier trial your personal call is not supposed to be on the street,” he said he tweeted.

This is far from the first time Drake has shown his love for his “Ice Melts” collaborator. He previously called for Thugger to be released from prison Honestly, Nevermind“Sticky” in 2022 and included a “Free YSL” message in the music video for “Falling Back”.

Young Thug has been holed up in Atlanta since he was arrested in the sweeping YSL indictment in May 2022. The highly publicized trial finally began in November, with Thug's fate still to be decided.
