Dropkick Murphys have unveiled the dates of their annual run of St. Patrick’s Day shows in Boston for 2025. In addition, the veteran punk band has unleashed the new single “Sirens” in advance of a new as-yet-untitled album set for release in 2025.
The St. Patrick’s Day gigs will take place March 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th in Boston. Venue information along with dates for a full St. Patrick’s Day tour will be announced soon. In the meantime, fans can catch Dropkick Murphys on their Fall 2024 outing with Pennywise, kicking off September 24th in New York City (pick up tickets here).

The new song “Sirens” addresses the growing economic divide in the United States, with singer Ken Casey explaining, “For nearly a decade, the division between red and blue, right and left, has grown deeper, darker and uglier — dividing families, and ending friendships.”
He continues, “Nobody enjoys this more than the billionaires, who are making record profits off the blood, sweat, and tears of the working class. They love it when we fight amongst ourselves, because their biggest fear is us joining together to come after them…THE REAL ENEMY.”
The music video for “Sirens” pays homage to Bob Dylan’s iconic “Subterranean Homesick Blues” clip, via the use of cue cards with various lyrics on them. Watch it below.
