It also debuts at No. 30 on the Billboard 200 – the group's 12th top 40 chart effort on the list.

The history of the chart dates back to May 25, 1991, the first week Advertising sign began charting electronically tracked track count information from SoundScan, now Luminate. Net album sales was the sole metric used by the Billboard 200 album chart through the list dated December 6, 2014, after which that chart changed to a methodology that combines album sales with track-equivalent album units and album-equivalent units flow. Top Rock Albums and Top Rock & Alternative Albums rank, respectively, the most popular rock and rock and alternative albums of the week by respective album units. Top Current album Sales ranks the best-selling new/current albums of the week (off-catalog/older titles).
To the Limit: The Essential Collection sold 7,000 copies in the US in the week ending April 18 (as seen on charts dated April 27). Physical sales include 6,500 of the album's first week sales (5,000 on CD and 1,500 on vinyl) while digital download sales total 500.
At No. 1 on Top Selling Albums, by Beyoncé Cowboy Carter climbs two spots to take second week at the top of the chart (28,000 sales, up 37%). The physical version of the album (on CD and vinyl) became widely available at all retailers during the tracking week, having previously been sold exclusively through the artist's online store.
Linkin Park's first greatest hits album, Paper cuts, debuts at No. 2 on Top Albums with 20,500 sold. Sales of the album were boosted by its availability on eight vinyl variants, as well as a CD, cassette and digital download. It is the band's 11th Top 10 Top Selling Albums chart effort.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER Minisode 3: TOMORROW falls 1-3 in second week with 19,000 sales (down 82%).
Lana Del Rey's Did you know there is a tunnel under Ocean Blvd re-enters the top album sales at No. 4 with 10,000 sold (797%), largely driven by sales of a new vinyl variant, a 'festival orange' edition.
by Maggie Rogers Do not forget me opens at No. 5 with 10,000 sales, marking the artist's third top 10 chart effort. Its sales were supported by its availability in eight physical iterations (among these were two signed versions) and one digital download.

Mark Knopfler returns to the top selling albums with his first new entry since 2018, his latest studio effort, A deep river, debuts at No. 7 with 8,000 copies sold. It is his first entry on the list since his last studio album Down the road wherever debuted and peaked at No. 6 on the chart dated December 1, 2018.
The top 10 of the new top album sales chart completes Taylor Swift's chart topper Lover (9-8 with nearly 8,000, up 4%), Eagles' At the limit at No. 9 and former leader of Swift 1989 (Taylor Edition) (holding at No. 10 with nearly 7,000, up 2%).
In the week ending April 18, 1.117 million albums were sold in the US (down 13.7% from the previous week). Of that amount, physical albums (CDs, vinyl LPs, cassettes, etc.) made up 828,000 (down 14.1%) and digital albums made up 289,000 (down 12.4%).
422,000 CD albums were sold in the week ending April 18 (down 19.6% from each week) and 401,000 vinyl albums (down 7.5%). Year-to-date CD album sales total 7.121 million (down 31.9% year-over-year) and year-to-date vinyl album sales total 7.259 million (down 49. 9%).
Year-to-date album sales total 19.293 million (down 37.3% compared to the same time period a year ago). Year-to-date physical album sales total 14.454 million (down 42.5%) and digital album sales total 4.839 million (down 14.7%).
