Producing radiant house music with an escapist edge, Edd has released a new EP, I love you so much.
Out now via Kungs’ Club Azur label, this compact yet impactful release showcases the Maltese producer’s talent for creating atmospheric house music perfect for warm summer nights. Edd invokes the spirit of Balearic nights with a pair of twin-flame house tracks that draw us into a moonlit beach party.
On the EP’s title track, Edd bottles the essence of desire, distills it through a longing-soaked vocal and pours it into rolling house beats. The song’s swing transitions into “I WANNA KNOW YOU,” a collaboration with Poppi where her smoldering vocals glide over sultry winds.
I love you so much The album comes amid a frenetic rise for Edd, who was named one of BBC Radio 1’s 10 Future Stars of 2022. Since then, he has performed at Ushuaïa, Pacha and Hï – three of Ibiza’s most iconic clubbing destinations – as well as London’s legendary Ministry of Sound. His music has received support from Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, SG Lewis, Jamie Jones, Pete Tong, Patrick Topping and Carlita, among many others, and he appears on EA Sports’ record-breaking album The Nightmare Before Christmas.
