British dance rock group EMF have confirmed the dates for their first US tour in over 30 years.
Shows will take place in late June, including an appearance at Summerfest in Milwaukee, as well as headlining performances in Detroit and Brooklyn. Arriving in support of their fifth studio album, Beauty and chaos (released last January), the shows mark EMF's first American dates since 1992.
Later, from July to October, EMF will return across the Atlantic for a handful of dates in the UK and Ireland. Check out the full list of EMF's upcoming tour dates below.
In a statement, the band said it has been “very difficult to keep this news a secret.” In terms of what fans can expect to see, they added: “From EMF at these shows, you can expect all the old hits with a couple of bonus hits from our new album. Beauty and chaos.”
In the United States, EMF is perhaps best known for its crossover hit “Unbelievable.” After the group went on hiatus in the early 2000s, frontman Ian Dench found success as a songwriter for major pop groups including Beyoncé, Shakira and Prodigy.
