Apple TV+ has officially renewed its alternate reality sci-fi thriller, For all humanity, for the fifth season. Furthermore, a derived series called star cityAlso in the works is , based on the Soviet space program.
For all humanity Co-creators Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi will serve as showrunners for Star City, which is billed as a “propulsive paranoid thriller that takes us back to the key moment in the alternate history of the space race: when the Soviet Union became the first nation in putting a man on the moon.”
The series will “explore the story behind the Iron Curtain, showing the lives of the cosmonauts, engineers and intelligence officers embedded among them in the Soviet space program, and the risks they all took to propel humanity forward.”
The four previous seasons of For all humanity are currently streaming on Apple TV+. At least for my money, it's the best streaming platform out there.
