Fred again… has announced his new album, ten dayswhich will be released on September 6th via Atlantic Records. The vinyl release will follow on October 25th.
The project features contributions from Anderson .Paak, The Japanese House, Four Tet, Obongjayar, and Sampha. Emmylou Harris, CHIKA, Skrillex, SOAK, and Jozzy also appear. Check out the full track listing below.
In a statement, Fred again said the songs are about “small, quiet, intimate moments.” He continued: “Some of them are the most intensely joyful things I’ve ever felt, and some of them are the other side of things. And some days I don’t want to talk about a lot of things because I’m not the only person for whom it was an important day, if that makes sense.”
So far, Fred has teased the album with three singles: “adore u” featuring Obongjayar, “ten” featuring Jozzy and Jim Legxacy, and “places to be” featuring Anderson .Paak and CHIKA. Pre-orders are in progress.
