Green Day has announced the launch of an exclusive “Anniversary” blend of its Punk Bunny coffee line, coming to 7-Eleven stores.
This year is a big one for both the iconic punk band and the convenience store chain. Green Day is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Cookie and the 20th anniversary of American Idiot with a massive tour of North America. They also recently presented an extensive American Idiot Meanwhile, 7-Eleven is celebrating 60 years of pioneering the concept of freshly brewed coffee in to-go cups.

To commemorate these milestones, Green Day and 7-Eleven are releasing Punk Bunny Coffee’s exclusive “Anniversary” blend, available at 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores nationwide for a limited time. The blend is described as “featuring citrus notes that awaken the senses, along with nuances of rich stone fruit. Warm cocoa with a gentle hint of spice creates a multi-layered coffee experience.”
In addition to the “Anniversary” blend, Punk Bunny bagged blends and Sound Check and Last Ride In coffee K-Cups, as well as collectible refill cups, will be available at 7-Eleven and Speedway stores while supplies last.
This is the second major coffee collaboration announced by Green Day in recent weeks. Last week, they unveiled a custom coffee maker in collaboration with Keurig.
