Green Day, Carrie Underwood and more to perform on GMA's 2024 summer concert series: See the lineup

Wake us up when June is over, because Good morning AmericaThe annual Summer Concert Series returns in July, and ABC's morning show is sharing the lineup exclusively with Advertising sign first. This year's genre-bending line-up includes rockers Green Day celebrating their 30th anniversary Dookie and the 20th anniversary of “American Idiot,” by country star Carrie Underwood, reggaeton singer Nicky Jam and more.

The annual concert series, which is sponsored by Wayfairkicks off the eight-concert run on July 19 with Kane Brown in New York's Central Park and features rapper G-Eazy on Aug. 16 at the show's Times Square studio and closes on Sept. 6 with country band Old Dominion, also in the GMAhis studio. Performances scheduled for Central Park will be held at Rumsey Playfield. For those interested in the performances in the park — which will be free and open to the public — information on how to attend is available at Good morning Americahis website. Concerts held at the Times Square studio will not have a live audience.

All shows will be broadcast between 7 and 9 am. ET during the morning show, though some will air at 1 p.m. ET on GMA3: What you need to knowas well as 4 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET during ABC News Live. (Don't have ABC? The network turns on Huluwhich you can subscribe to here.)

Last year's concert series kicked off with BTS superstar Jung Kook in Central Park. Carly Rae Jepson? Fat Joe with Busta Rhymes, Remy Ma and Bia; Tim McGraw and others also performed for the morning show.
