No Doubt is finally reuniting at Coachella this month, and so far, fans have been hoping for more from the Gwen Stefani-starring band.
However, the singer revealed in a new cover with Nylon that while she's “open to anything,” the group currently has no plans to make music after Coachella. “[Coachella is] it will be a really nice bow to the relationship, because we were kids [when we met],” she said. “I already know how I'm going to feel because we're so in sync when we're on stage. It's going to feel like you're riding a bike again. We're going to laugh, and we're going to look at each other and go, 'Oh my God… there are you.'”
He added that the band don't “really hang out or do anything” together before the set, and aren't in frequent communication. When asked if they went to therapy together, Stephanie said, “No, no, I probably should. But we have a lot of water under the bridge.”
After going on what sounded like a permanent hiatus in 2013, the singer will reunite with the band's longtime bassist Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young for this year's Coachella festival in April.
“See you in the desert this April!!!” read a statement on No Doubt's social media accounts last week, announcing the Coachella concert alongside a stacked roster featuring Lana Del Rey, Tyler, The Creator and Doja Cat as headliners. featuring Peso Pluma, Lil Uzi Vert, Blur, Ice Spice, J Balvin, Jhené Aiko and more.
