Gwen Stefani has celebrated the anniversary of her marriage to husband Blake Shelton with a touching post on social media.
Three years into wedded bliss, The No Doubt singer and country music star Shelton celebrated their special day on Wednesday 3 July, by posting some of their favourite photos together.
Shelton opted for a recent shot, while Stefani shared a carousel of throwback snaps from their wedding day, including a pic of herself and Shelton posing with her three kids.
“I love you!!!!!!!” Shelton wrote in the caption of his post.
“It has always been you,” Stefani shared in hers, along with their wedding date: 3 July 2021.
Stefani met Shelton on the set of The Voice back in 2014, when they were coaches on the show.
As they got to know each other, they were both going through heartbreak. Shelton had recently divorced fellow country star Miranda Lambert, while Stefani was healing from her split from former Bush singer Gavin Rossdale.
The pair announced their engagement in October 2020, and tied the knot the following year in a specially built chapel on their Oklahoma property.
Music is a big part of the couple’s relationship: They’ve worked together on several songs, including the number one country hits Happy Anywhere and Nobody But You. Most recently, they teamed up for the Stefani-led Purple Irises.
