Score! Harry Styles gave his fans a proper look at his shorter 'do when the pop star attended the Luton Town v Manchester United soccer match in Luton, England on Sunday (February 18).
Photos of the 'As It Was' singer – who was dressed in a blue V-neck jumper over a white button-down shirt and smart coat – show his hair has grown significantly since he shocked and disappointed fans shaving off his sleek locks when he debuted a buzz cut in November. (Styles' mom, Anne Twist, at one point joined the online fray to defend her son's haircut.)
NBC Sports Soccer also shared a video segment of the three-time Grammy winner walking around Kenilworth Road Stadium before the match. “We have a very special guest actually at Kenilworth Road to watch Luton v Manchester United!”. the anchor says excitedly to the viewers. “Harry Styles is a United fan. I think this is the first time we've seen him in a game…”
Once in, the Do not worry darling The actor posed for selfies with fans and once in his seat, he chatted and shared candy with former Luton Town striker Mick Harford, who is now head of recruitment for the club.
Manchester United beat Luton 2-1 in the match.
Styles of course, is just one of the many music superstars who entered a stadium to cheer on their favorite sports team until late. At the Feb. 11 Super Bowl between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, all eyes were on pop superstar Taylor Swift as she cheered on friend Travis Kelce, who helped the Chiefs to a 25- 22. Also in the stands were Jay-Z, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Paul McCartney, Sheryl Crow, Justin Bieber, Lana Del Rey and many more.
