Euphoria fans, we have some good news for you. HBO calls the news of the cancellation of the CA P show.
It has been detected Deadlinereports of the Zendaya-created teen drama, created by Sam Levinson, meeting an untimely demise after two seasons are false, according to a statement from an HBO representative.
Per Deadline:
“Euphoria will begin production in 2025. Nothing has changed,” an HBO spokesperson said in a statement to The Guardian.
After Season 2 premiered in early 2022, production on the next installment was delayed due to last year's WGA & SAG-AFTRA strikes, as well as the death of star Angus Cloud in July 2023.
In July, Deadline reported that Euphoria would do so start production on season 3 in January 2025 with the main cast returning and a time jump planned.
Well, here it is.
Zendaya touched on the reported time jump while speaking to Entertainment Weekly on The Awardist podcast last month, joking, “It's important because there's only so much high school drama you can deal with. “And then she cheats on her boyfriend again!”
He added: “I don't know much about what's going on. I don't know exactly what the season will be like, but I know the time jump is happening.”
“It's going to be exciting to see and understand these characters outside of the context of high school and how all the things we saw when they were kids and were in high school affect the adulthood they have and who they become in a much bigger world. . Sam Levinson didn't have much success outside Euphoria. His show The idolstarring The Weeknd, was not well received and it was canceled after one season.

Fans have been concerned about the show following the tragic death of cast member Angus Cloud.
