Charli XCX is Billboard's latest cover star — but she's no stranger to gracing our magazine.

The “360” star has graced the cover two more times, in 2014 and 2017. She's also participated in several photo shoots related to Billboard's annual Women in Music event. In 2014, he accepted the Hitmaker Award and in 2023, he got the Powerhouse Award.

Her latest cover comes just over a month after the “Von Dutch” singer released her critically acclaimed album. Bratwhich debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200—her highest chart peak to date—as well as inspiring a wave of new internet trends.

“I didn't want any metaphor — like, not at all,” Charli says Advertising sign of the design. “I wanted this record to feel like I was talking to the listener in a real way. I could tell you that in the back of a taxi on the way to a club. Like tonight? I want to dance with AG.”

She added: “Me Brat, it was really interesting to do things just for the fan base and make it feel exclusive — but then once you're in the club, it's really very inclusive. In fact, anyone can become a member of the club. It's just that everyone participates at slightly different times in slightly different ways — whether it's my personal Instagram posts, or the 400-person Boiler Room, or a random movie screening of a new music video in Los Angeles, or a text message from me .”
