Two of techno's most popular artists have just teamed up for an exciting two-track EP that is sure to electrify dance floors around the world. Hi-Low (Oliver heldnes) and Space 92 have joined together for GENESIS PE. With the main song and the fast-paced rhythm ORIONThis is a showcase for two artists who never stop pushing the envelope in production, as well as a snapshot of a time when techno has become ascendant.
“The great thing about working with Space 92, besides the fact that we fit together so well musically,” says HI-LO, “is that he also has a very positive energy. He's also open-minded enough to try every idea/suggestion he let slip during our study sessions, even if they sound crazy, haha. I can be quite intense when I'm in creative mode, but Mathieu totally agrees with that, and I'm very happy with the outcome of our studio sessions!
“As always, I was excited to work with Oliver because we always create wonderfully powerful hits.” Space 92 is added. “We worked on 'ORION' and 'GENESIS' for several months and then tested and refined them a bit around the world. We played with both of them, together and solo, in Amsterdam during ADE and each time it was a big hit with the crowd. “I am very proud of both songs.”
