Lisa Barlow, Heather Grey, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, Monica Garcia, Angie Katsanevas and Mary Cosby will appear at the Andy Cohen-hosted reunion. The reunion begins after the episode's bombshell finale in which Heather exposed Monica for running the now-defunct Reality Von Teese Instagram troll account. The reunion will be the first time the entire cast has been together since the final episode in Bermuda.
