The Darkness visited Nottingham as part of the 20th anniversary of their Permission to Land tour. The concert was completely sold out and Rock City was packed.
The moment they took the stage, the band's charismatic frontman, Justin Hawkins, took complete control of the crowd. He was navigating the crowd, talking to people in the audience and photographers, making sure everyone was having fun. Rock City rocked in the best way possible, thanks to Hawkins' vocal performance and the band's fun, uplifting sound.
It was not just a concert but an exciting, loud and energetic party. For those reasons, The Darkness is one of the best live acts in the music industry. Their positive energy is contagious; It helps to forget about problems, at least for a while, and to celebrate life to the fullest. Treat yourself and go to The Darkness concert at least once!
