Up-and-coming Anglo-American band Sunday (1994) today released their long-awaited debut EP titled. The release follows two hit singles 'Tired Boy' and 'Stained Glass Window' which gained international attention for the band.
Kyriaki (1994) creating songs inspired by the everyday magic found in the modernity of modern life. Their music can evoke a nostalgic 90s cinematic aesthetic, with lyrics that are laced with a gritty and self-aware spirit
Composed entirely in their one-bedroom apartment, the songwriting duo of Paige Turner and Lee Newell, along with their drummer, known simply as “X,” their debut EP is a love letter to the universal experience of love, breakup, and all related drama, beauty. and frustration that comes with it
Latest single “Blonde” sets the mood with its swinging rhythm, guitars, gentle arpeggios and soulful, evocative vocals. The band describes the track as “a song about reclaiming yourself and finding freedom after grief.”
