Also reported by TMZ, Don Tolliver was arrested on suspicion of DUI. They say they received a report from the California Highway Patrol, noting that the artists were stopped for speeding near the valley in Southern California. They know they released him in the field and said they did not take him to jail, as one officer said, “Tolliver was fully cooperating.”
