Jay-Z's The 40/40 Club Returning in Reimagined Form at Fanatics Fest NYC

Jay-Z's The 40/40 Club closed the doors of its main Manhattan location last year, but the legendary nightclub will be back for one weekend only.

In partnership with Fanatics Sportsbook, a redesigned version of the prestigious sports-themed lounge is coming to the Javits Center for Fanatics Fest NYC on August 16th and running through August 18th.

Combining the worlds of luxury, sports and entertainment, The 40/40 Club is back, but will be open to VIP Fanatics Sportsbook customers along with a host of celebrities and athletes expected to attend.

40/40 goes to great lengths to curate the vibe that the venerable nightclub had, with autographed jerseys and memorabilia hanging on the walls along with stadium seating and glowing chandeliers lighting up the space.

It is slated to be a star-studded affair with Tom Brady, Kevin Durant, Yankees legend Derek Jeter, New York Knicks leader Jaylen Brunson, Carmelo Anthony, Mike Tyson, NBA's Allen Iverson, Jerry Rice, David Ortiz, Spike. Lee, Peyton and Eli Manning and others are expected to be in attendance.

The alignment of Jay-Z and Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin is fitting, given that they've collaborated on projects like REFORM Alliance in the past, and Hov attended Rubin's famous July 4th white party.

Three-day passes and VIP packages ($400+) are also available.

Jay's 40/40 Club's Flatiron location closed its doors in August 2023, but plans to reopen in a brand new New York City location in 2025.
