One of Alleged victims of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein claimed he had sex multiple times with former Victoria's Secret CEO Les Wexner, according to documents released Tuesday.
The damning claim stems from a 2015 civil case against Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, as hundreds of court documents detailing Epstein's alleged criminal activities began to be made public last week.
Wexner, who was named in previously sealed court records among several of Epstein's rumored high-powered friends, was accused of having sex with Giuffre “multiple times.” When asked in the deposition if the “approximate number range” was more than three, Giuffre replied “more than three” and said “probably” when asked if it was “more than five,” according to documents obtained by TMZ.
In the deposition, Giuffre also claims that she wore different types of underwear for Wexner, that Maxwell “set them up” and that it was not at Wexner's request. When asked if the underwear was Victoria's Secret, Giuffre said she did not remember the brand.
According to New York Times, Swiss bank documents related to some of Wexner's entities show Epstein's role described as a “manager of fortune.” In 1991, Wexner granted Epstein power of attorney over his estate, allowing Epstein to hire people, buy and sell real estate and borrow money on Wexner's behalf, according to Times.
“While Mr. Epstein served as Mr. Wexner's personal money manager for a period ending nearly 12 years ago, we do not believe he ever worked for or served as an authorized representative of the company,” said Tammy Roberts Myers, a spokeswoman for The L Brands (founded by Wexner), told the Times.
Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking in 2022 and is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence, which she is appealing. Epstein was facing 45 years in prison for his alleged crimes, but was found hanged in his Manhattan jail cell in August 2019. Authorities ruled his death a suicide.
