Jelly Roll and his wife Bunnie Xo are beginning IVF treatment.
The country singer/rapper and his wife have revealed they’re hoping to start a family.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, explained he is working to lose excess weight, and he and Bunnie, real name Alisa DeFord, have embarked on fertility treatment to increase their likelihood of success in starting a family.
“My wife and I are talking about having a baby, and it really made me realise that at almost 40, I was like, it means I got to live to at least 60. I got to see this kid into college,” he told the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast.
Bunnie, 44, later shared a clip from the podcast to her social media, adding she believed they should share the news of their journey to parenthood with fans.
“We had planned on doing this privately, but decided our ivf journey needed to be shared because we’ve always been so open,” she said.
“And w/all odds stacked against us, it’s always been hard & we have only just begun.”
